Inktober is a challenge where you draw one picture in ink each day during the month of October. I found out about it on the 9th, so I started then. This was a great way to meet and network with other artists on various sites. There are some really amazing artists over on Tumblr. It was a little intimidating at first, but I kept plugging away at it and learned a lot in the process.
